Staff were pleasant and willing to work with me when all other lots gave me a hard time other than do a lot of hard inquiries to drop my credit score. I’d recommend Jim Butner they were there for me. The silver ford escape is mine.

Just bought my third car from Butner, and I'll continue to give them my business. They'll work with you to get you in something you can afford. They're honest and friendly. It probably won't be the best car on the road, but it will get you where you want to go. And after a year or so of good payments, trade up for something better.

So far the process has been quick and the people have been really nice and eager to please. JB helped us out in record time. We also knew what we wanted and knew the price so that helped too. He explained the terms and the purchase was smooth. He even gave us a couple promotions so the total price of the car went down. It was impressive to see he did this without us asking. Im thinking about getting another car soon so we have two and ill be coming back here for it. During the test drive though I heard what might be a strut issue so in the purchase agreement they noted it needs to be checked out in the shop. On the way to work the next morning the tire pressure light came on so this will be checked on at the same time. Scheduling the appointment was easy since Lexy. I think he mentioned the plate will be mailed to our house but the temp tags last 45 days I believe. As far as "Buy Here, Pay Here" places go I think this particular one is the best one. Overall I'd give this a 4.5 stars since there was an issue with a car that was on the lot that should be 100% ready to go. But otherwise the process was great.

What a great experience! Later on a Saturday afternoon, we stopped to see if we could find a vehicle . Mine had been down since October do to a hit and run. Immediately was greeted and offered time to look. Find a car , made a fantastic deal, signed papers and was on the road in about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Love the team who helped me. Their kindness is amazing. So happy to be driving a 2014 Nissan Altima, at a great price. Thank JD Butner and crew.
